UKHUWAH: Evolve Islamic Legal Studies, is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muslim Indonesia Makassar. This journal is published twice a year in April and October. UKHUWAH is an open access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to provide a national and international academic forum for cross-border legal research in the field of Islamic private law, Islamic private law issues. Such as family law, Islamic inheritance law, contract law, muamalah law, banking law, Islamic agrarian law, judicial law, and Islamic dispute resolution law. UKHUWAH publishes peer-reviewed journals while still increasing process efficiency without eliminating the objective legal substance in the articles. This journal also accepts contributions from law students and practitioners who specialize in law with civil law disciplines of course with a touch of Islamic perspective. This journal is very open to new issues and is a priority in its publication. Authors submit manuscripts to the Editor and must follow the Author's guidelines and templates. If the submitted manuscript does not follow the guidelines and does not comply with the specified writing format, the Editorial Team has the right to reject the manuscript. The Editorial Team will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified format. All manuscripts must be submitted via OJS. We absolutely do NOT accept manuscripts sent via email. No Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is made by the Editor. LOA is only issued in the form of a notification of receipt of the manuscript via the Author's email address.
